		<description>If I remember correctly about Patents 22 years is the beyond the time for it to be valid.  If also he published it in a paper then its out there in the public ready to be used and modified.  Also if he didn&#039;t file an international patent then any foreign person has the right to basically take that idea with no penalty.</description>

		<description>MIT stole the idea of magnetic resonance from john boys a professor at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. He discoveried it 22yrs ago and was the founder of this technology. I am student there and what they are doing are years a head of anything that these company have done. MIT are so far behind.</description>
